Ms. Platte has been an educator most of her life. She has taught in the United States and overseas, often running her own schools. She holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in teaching from FAU. She spent her last teaching years at the college level so, she has vast experience in educating every age level student. Joanne has been an integral part of VAI shortly after it’s inception and has clearly formed ideas about the direction that we are undertaking as well as the educational needs to turn those ideas into concrete information for our educational programs.
